One of my favourite pubs on the coast and I look forward to stopping here each time I pass through. Good range of meals and great views over the Wagonga River to the headlands. to walk it all off try a stroll along the breakwall if you&#39;re lucky there will be seal pups playing in the current while their mums and dads bask in the sun.

The Raw Prawn Bistro

The food is really a hit or a miss. The &quot;standard&quot; meals such as a schnitzel are quite sub par. However the specials which change often enough, are usually quite nice. I recommend the salmon. The chicken and avocado pasta is quite nice too. The view is excellent! On a clear day, you can see all the way down the coastline. Overall, pretty standard &quot;pub grub&quot; with a few fancy meals. Staff are nice and friendly, so long as you aren&#39;t a complete moron like most tourists are.

So we went her for a good pub grub dinner this evening. We were quickly disappointed. One of us had ordered a veal schnitzel, and when it came out, it was wrong. The chef just looked at us as if &#39;what am I supposed to do about it&#39;. We accepted the meal to not create a scene. On another meal the salad was very old and decaying/composting. The bar staff were attentive however, although this did not make up for the rest of the evening. I doubt we will be coming back.

Very disappointed our 2nd meal here and it was worse 2nd time around sad they rely on the view for business Sunday afternoon other places were closed the only reason we returned here sad we missed out on quarterdeck it was closed
